Trabert & Hoeffer offers complimentary overnight FedEx shipping (within the United States). We charge for international shipping based upon the destination. All shipments are insured in the event your purchase is lost or stolen. FedEx requires that all deliveries be made to a street address and not a P.O. Box. To protect your shipment, FedEx requires a signature for all deliveries. To ensure on time delivery, someone must be available to sign for package. We make every attempt to ship online orders within 48 hours, however delays may occur as all orders are subject to verification for security reasons.
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Customer must inform Trabert & Hoeffer that they would like to return an item within 7 days of delivery by contacting Trabert & Hoeffer at firstname.lastname@example.org. Trabert & Hoeffer will email customer a pre-paid FedEx return label, which covers postage and insurance for the item. All returns must include the original packaging material. The item cannot have been worn, damaged or altered in anyway. All sales are final after 7 days. Refunds will be processed after Trabert & Hoeffer inspects and approves the return. Items that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to customer.
